One of our most innovative products is our low-down payment real estate investor loan program. With this program, you only need to put down 15% on your purchase, enabling you to maximize your capital and purchase additional properties. We provide a standard, conventional investor loan for 75% of the purchase price, and a second loan for 10% of the purchase price. And because the first lien is based on a 75% LTV, you qualify for some of the lowest investor rates available.

But that’s not all. If you’re looking for even more inventive ways to purchase an investment property with a minimal down payment, we’ve got you covered. We offer zero or 3.5% down payment options if you’re willing to purchase a duplex, tri-plex, or 4-plex and live in one of the units. And if you don’t want to live in the property, our 15% down investment property loan is the best way to purchase an investment property with a low-down payment.
