Most lenders require 20% or even 25% down (to get the lowest rate investor loan).  The founders of Hurst Lending are real estate investors.  Since this is how we got started, we have developed a deep portfolio of loans to help real estate investors.  One of our more innovative products can enable you to maximize your capital to purchase additional property by using our low down payment real estate investor loan program.  With our program you simply put down 15% on your purchase. Hurst Lending then provides you a standard, conventional investor loan for 75% of the purchase price and a second loan for 10% of the purchase price. Because the first lien is based on a 75% LTV, you qualify for some of the lowest investor rates available.

If you are interested in a more inventive ways to purchase investment property with zero or 3.5% down, we can help if you are willing to purchase a duplex, tri-plex or 4-plex and live in one of the units.  If you don’t want to live in the property then our 15% down investment property is the best way to purchase an investment property with a low down payment.

Our founders started out as residential real estate investors and they learned how to leverage their borrowing capacity to build a high quality real estate portfolio over time.  Along the way they built Hurst Lending and created a deep suite of loan products to address needs they had as real estate investors.  Our loan products help investors: (1) grow their portfolios, (2) access their equity, and (3) acquire properties without high cost hard money loans.
