What is a “DSCR Loan”?

A DSCR loan is simply a loan that looks at the income produced by an investment property and it does require personal income nor tax returns. The loan looks at the ratio between the monthly rent a property generates as compared to the loan payment on the property. If the property generates enough income compared to the monthly mortgage payment on the investment property you can qualify assuming you have a decent credit score and down payment.

About Hurst Lending's Real Estate Investing Services

Our founders started out as residential real estate investors and they learned how to leverage their borrowing capacity to build a high quality real estate portfolio over time.  Along the way they built Hurst Lending and created a deep suite of loan products to address needs they had as real estate investors.  Our loan products help investors: (1) grow their portfolios, (2) access their equity, and (3) acquire properties without high cost hard money loans.
